All Moura Starr/MBrasil pieces are designed, engineered and manufactured exclusively by Moura Starr/MBrasil in their factory, located in Uberlandia, Brazil. With over 290,000 square feet of space, the factory has the flexibility for substantial expansion as the Moura Starr/MBrasil brand opens more showrooms throughout the Middle East, Asia and Europe in the next 14 months. Moura Starr/MBrasil has 200 direct factory employees, and 100 indirect employees that create the company's timeless and sustainable furniture line.

Occupying a current 80,000 square feet, the factory makes around 1,000 pieces a month and has the ability to double their production in a matter of 30 days. The Moura Starr/MBrasil factory has been certified by the Brazilian government as a Green Factory, meaning it has passed some of the strictest qualification guidelines in the world. In addition to using sustainable woods, Moura Starr/MBrasil also keeps the environment in mind for every step of the furniture making process. A waterfall system in the factory picks up all of the toxins released in the air from the lacquering and finishing processes.

All chemicals are contained and recycled; assuring nothing is released into the environment. What remains from this recycling process is pure, clean water. It is Moura Starr's/MBrasil's goal to not only be the best in quality and design, but the most conscientious of how their furniture affects the world in which it is being created. The factory approaches every piece of furniture with great respect to the precious materials they are made of, and it is though this respect that Moura Starr/MBrasil became the company it continues to be today.
